  Unfortunately my old car was becoming too unsafe and unreliable, so upon getting rid of it, I came across Wholesale Traders Newcastle and I couldn't be happier. When arriving there, they had an extensive range of cars welcoming all budgets.

  We bought a beautiful car of these guys and unfortunately found out a few days later that it had a fuel leak and major oil leak. The guys at Wholesale Traders Newcastle arranged to pick it up and they gave us a full refund. So glad that we did not have to fight this. Communication was not great though. Would still buy from them again.

  I was lucky enough to deal with Chris, we purchased the car on Saturday, and picked it up on the Wednesday. Unfortunately, 12 hours after collecting my cars, there were a few issues presenting that were not known upon purchase (to either party). I took it to my mechanic the next morning, who told me what issues where present, where I then got straight back in touch with Chris. We collected my car from the mechanics and went straight back to Wholesale Traders, Chris came and discussed the issues with us. Not only was he professional towards two females who know nothing about cars, but he reassured me that the issues would be fixed and that while ever we treated him as a friend and not become rude and aggressive, he was happy to help to the best of his ability.
